Tier 2 – Managerial and Team Lead Roles
Tier 2 is more advanced in complexity due to the addition of accountability to the executive level for outcomes, communication, and reporting. This Tier includes but is not limited to:

Team Lead
Tier 2 is for roles where Tier 1 employees are held accountable to produce the necessary deliverables required to allow Tier 2 positions to execute their duties properly

Tier 3 – Executive Leadership Roles
This Tier is for executive level and remote positions where authority and accountability for Tier 1 and 2 operations meet. This Tier includes but is not limited to:
Tier 3 is for roles where authority and autonomy are leveraged because the work ethic of the person serving in the role is the primary driver for the cadence, culture and overall results that drive the company forward.
